Party Booking Terms & Conditions

• Balance due ten days prior to party date

• Provisional bookings held for 7 days.

• Deposit is non refundable.

• Unfortunately we are unable to refund for any party guests unable to attend unless 7 days notice is given.

• The company reserves the right to cancel any party for failure to pay balance before due date.

• Children must be supervised by carers/ parents on site, recommended ratio 1 adult per 5 children.

• Please be advised that we only guarantee six parental seats per party.

• Due to turn around time party guests will not be admitted until allocated party time and are politely requested to vacate promptly at the end of the party to allow us to service the area for the next guests.

• Any additional siblings accompanying party guests will be charged our usual entrance fees.
